Participation in the DPOWERS Mechanic Reward Program constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
1. Legal Entity
This program is operated by DPOWERS (Shreenathji Hydro Industries), hereinafter referred to as “Company”, acting as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
2. Program Overview
- Applicable only to genuine DPOWERS hydraulic pumps.
- Company reserves right to modify, suspend or terminate program without prior notice.
- Reward value is discretionary and subject to change.
3. Eligibility & Claim Conditions
- One Serial Number = One Reward.
- QR must be scanned from original packaging.
- Installed pump photo with visible serial number mandatory.
- False, manipulated, or duplicate claims will be rejected.
- Company decision is final and binding.
4. Verification Rights
- Company may conduct geo-verification.
- Company may request additional documentation.
- Approval is subject to internal compliance review.
5. Fraud Prevention
- Fraudulent activity may lead to blacklisting.
- Company reserves right to initiate civil or criminal proceedings.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Company not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Maximum liability limited to reward amount.
7. Indemnity
Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DPOWERS from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities arising from misuse of program.
8. Force Majeure
Company shall not be liable for delay or failure due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, technical failures, regulatory restrictions, banking disruptions.
9. Governing Law
Governed by laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts of Gujarat, India.

15. Data Retention
Data retained only as long as necessary for business/legal compliance and thereafter securely deleted.
16. Data Security Safeguards
- Secure servers
- Access control systems
- Encrypted payment processing
- Restricted internal access
17. Third Party Sharing
- Shared only with banking/payment partners
- Shared with legal authorities if required
- No sale of personal data
18. Cross-Border Data Transfer
If data is processed outside India, safeguards will comply with DPDP Act provisions.
